"How does THAT work?" (What does THAT mean? Part 2)
This class will be taught by our incredible guest teacher, Andrea Grammer!
That's a great question! We face situations every day that cause us to wonder how and why things work the way they do. So, how do we begin to unravel and understand the Bible?
We can read it, but if we don't take time to understand the meaning and the teaching, they are just words on a page. And if we don't understand, we won't see growth in our faith or our relationship with Christ. This isn't something we do one time and "get it." It's a process of learning, studying, praying, and living out the teachings of Jesus. It's a lifelong process.
In this study, you will learn about the person of the Holy Spirit and what it means to walk in the Spirit. You'll learn about the Fruit of the Spirit and how they grow in your life.
1 Corinthians 2:12 tells us that "we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God SO THAT we may understand what God has freely given us".
You may understand the Holy Spirit is a person, and that He is part of the Trinity. But do you KNOW what the Holy Spirit does? Do you know how He impacts your daily life? Do you know how THAT works exactly in your life today?
